You can order the DVD with complete instructions and begin right at home. Moreover, you can join me on a Skype appointment where you and I will go through every exercise and make sure you are doing them correctly so you will receive maximum benefits.

A Skype appointment with me is entirely optional, but many people find it really helpful in learning how to do the facial exercises correctly. It is advisable to schedule a Skype appointment after you've had a few days to review the DVD and practice the exercises.

The Facercise DVD Kit

This kit contains one DVD and two CDs. Before you begin, watch the DVD for 1 full week twice daily to familiarize yourself with the exercises. Follow along with the models demonstrating the exercises to get comfortable using the proper form, visualization, and resistance movements.


After 1 week, you should be ready to listen to the demonstration CD, which is 12 minutes long and provides complete details. Perform the exercises with the demonstration CD twice daily for 1 week. By this time, you should be comfortable with the exercises and be able to perform them from memory.

Beauty Face Mitt and Bamboo

Glove Instructions

Dry brushing the face is a wonderful adjunct to the Facercise Program. If used regularly, dry skin brushing will exfoliate, tone, tighten, and lift the skin of the face and neck. Exfoliation initiates a strong blood supply to the skin, sheds dead skin cells, and allows the skin to breathe. 

It further accelerates the turnover process, making way for fresh new cells. Your skin will be more effective in absorbing your skin care products and will begin to glow!

I recently met with Carole Maggio, the developer of Facercise. She told me that she observed enhanced benefits in clients who included the skin brushing techniques in their daily regimen.

If your skin is normal or dry, use the Bamboo Glove in the morning and the beauty face mitt in the evening. You can also alternate by using the Bamboo Glove one day and the Beauty Face Mitt the next. If your skin is oily, use a combination of the two (as chosen from above) 3 to 4 times a week.

These German-made gloves are very high-quality. Keep them sterile by washing them in a face cleaner or Woolite, then allow them to air-dry. They have a long-lasting quality, but when they become too soft, you will want to replace them to guarantee their effectiveness.

Begin by making a long “O” or oval with your mouth so that you do not stretch your skin. Now, make 20 to 30 small, quick, clockwise, circular motions in each section of the face: each cheek, the forehead, and the chin.

Make sure to include the area above the mouth, under your eyes, and the area under the eyebrows. Apply enough pressure to feel like you are massaging your face. Concentrate on one area at a time then move on to the next area. Do this daily for best results.
